GE History, Future Generation and Light the World
This 2015 presentation was made to a group of GE employees. It talks about the early GE history including the AC vs DC technology battles between Edison and Westinghouse. I covers the present trends relating to generation and the electric grid. It concludes with a presentation about Light the World. Light the World has a low cost approach to deploying electricity to the poorest parts of the world.
